Returns/Exchanges
We have a 7 day return policy on all of our items. After 7 days of purchase, we will not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be unworn and in the same condition as you received it.
To initiate the return/exchange process, contact us at jrclothinginc@gmail.com. Also, please provide any additional information pertaining to your return/exchange along with the order number.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
*Please note that all MADE TO ORDER and/or CUSTOM ORDERS items are not refundable or exchangeable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days, contact your banking institution. There is often a processing time period in which a refund may not post for a few business days. If it goes beyond this, contact us at jrclothinginc@gmail.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged excluding damage by recipient or during transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@skrued.com.
Shipping
To return any item(s) in your order, contact us at jrclothinginc@gmail.com with-in 7 days!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
When shipping your item(s), we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. To insure your product was delivered and once received we will confirm with you!
